Return Policy

Chain Champs™  accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was ordered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via email sales@chainchamps.com, or via our customer support chat. Jewelry must show no signs of ware and be returned in the same condition as purchased. If you would like to make an exchange for a different length, there is a 25 USD restocking fee.
